  • Consumer: the natural person who does not act in the exercise of a profession or business and enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.

  • Distance contract: an agreement whereby in the context of a system organized by the entrepreneur for the distance sale of products and/or services, exclusive use is made of one or more techniques for distance communication up to and including the conclusion of the agreement.

  • Right of withdrawal: the option for the consumer to waive the distance contract within the cooling-off period.

  • Day: calendar day.

  • Durable data carrier: any tool that enables the consumer or entrepreneur to store information addressed to him personally in a way that makes future consultation and unaltered reproduction of the stored information possible.

Article 3 - Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Vellaro & Co. and to every distance contract concluded between Vellaro & Co. and the consumer. Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, it will be indicated that the general terms and conditions can be viewed and will be sent free of charge upon request.

Article 4 - The Offer
If an offer has a limited duration or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the offered products and/or services. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Vellaro & Co.

Article 5 - The Agreement
The agreement is concluded at the moment of acceptance by the consumer of the offer and compliance with the corresponding conditions. If the consumer has accepted the offer electronically, Vellaro & Co. confirms the receipt electronically.

Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal
You have 14 days to return your item after receiving it — no questions asked. The product must be unused and in original condition. Send us an email at info@vellaroandco.com to initiate the return.

Article 7 - Costs in Case of Withdrawal
If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, the costs of return will be at most the cost of return shipping. If a refund is issued, it will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the return.

Article 8 - Exclusion Right of Withdrawal
Products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Article 9 - The Price
All prices include VAT. Prices are subject to change due to market, currency, or supplier changes.

Article 10 - Conformity and Warranty
Vellaro & Co. guarantees that the products comply with the agreement, the specifications mentioned in the offer, and legal requirements.

Article 11 - Delivery and Execution
Vellaro & Co. will exercise the utmost care in receiving and executing product orders. Delivery will take place at the address given by the consumer.

Article 12 - Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, the amounts owed by the consumer must be paid at the time of order placement.

Article 13 - Complaints Procedure
Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be submitted fully and clearly described to Vellaro & Co. within a reasonable time after the consumer has discovered the defects.

Article 14 - Disputes
Only Irish law applies to agreements between Vellaro & Co. and the consumer to which these general terms and conditions relate.

Article 15 - Additional or Different Provisions
Additional or deviating provisions may not be to the consumer's disadvantage and must be recorded in writing or in such a way that they can be stored accessibly.
