DISPATCH TIME
Orders placed before 3 PM on business days will be dispatched within 3 business days.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Vellaro & Co. is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
All orders are shipped from one of our fulfillment centers located in Europe, the United States, or China, depending on stock availability and logistics efficiency.
Customs & Taxes:
Prices displayed on our website are tax-free and charged in USD. In most cases, no additional tax or customs fees apply. However, Vellaro & Co. is not responsible for any local duties or customs charges that may apply upon delivery.
Proof of Delivery:
In most cases, a signature is required upon delivery. If the courier marks the parcel as delivered (with appropriate proof), and you have not received it, it is your responsibility to follow up with the courier directly.
Once a parcel is marked as delivered, Vellaro & Co. is not liable for missing or stolen shipments.
