Return Policy


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@vellaroandco.com.
You may submit a return request within 30 days from the date you receive your items.

When submitting your return request, please include:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Name of the item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos of the item(s) you're returning

We’ll process your return request within 2 business days. Once approved, we’ll send you detailed return instructions.

If you notice any incorrect order information, please contact us at info@vellaroandco.com with your order number and the correct details as soon as possible.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is found to be faulty by our team.

At this time, we do not provide return shipping labels. We recommend using a courier service that offers tracking, so both parties can monitor the shipping progress.


Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and in original condition

  • With original packaging and tags attached

Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or altered will not be accepted.

If your return does not meet these requirements, the item may be returned to you at your own expense.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom products (e.g. special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

You can choose your refund method:

  • Store credit (valid for 12 months)

  • Original payment method

Refunds to your original payment method will be processed within 2 business days after we receive the returned package. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return is complete.

For credit/debit card refunds, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account — depending on your bank.
